1. Main application and composing
It is used for bogie static load test for locomotive, passenger train, CRH, urban railway train. And also can be used for bogie static pressure test for locomotive, passenger train, subway, urban railway train. It is non-standard test equipment which applies for assembly and inspects dimensions at the same time. It applies for electric-hydraulic servo loading; The loading strength can be set by manual in order to add load on bogie according to simulative train weight or technics request. When loading, can inspect wheel weight and four-angle height of bogie. Also can add wheel base measurement appliance according to customer's request. When make static pressure test, it can add weight system or not according to customer's request.
Used for load on bogie with simulative train weight, measure wheel weight(also calculate wheel weight differentials, shaft weight differentials), measure bogie four angle height.
Has equipment safety guarantee function and self-inspect function, can monitor equipment running state and display malfunction position.
Can search and display current&old data conveniently, such as operation date, time, operator name, bogie type and inspect data. Print the data and create inspect report.eport.port.
Has online help and good interface. Can manage procedure, such as add, delete, set etc. All bogie parameters can be set, delete, save and transfer.
Has function of setting load value, displacement value and setting load time. The load value and displacement value can be displayed on screen directly.
This equipment applies advanced computer management system. Can monitor load change and displacement change by sensor when testing.
This equipment is controlled by computer and can realize save, edit, print and analysis etc functions. Indicate unqualified item on screen.
This test stand is composed of gantry frame, track⊥, centering device (longitude), weighing system, four angle measure system, measure control system. Wheelbase measure system is optional, can be added according to customer's request.equest.quest.
