• When using liquid to be measured should be maintained clean and free of fibres and particles and other impurities.
• The sensor when used at the beginning, it should first be slowly filled with fluid within the sensor, then open the outlet valve (valve should be installed in the flowmeter in rear), is strictly prohibited when the sensor is no fluid under the influence of high velocity.
• Sensor maintenance cycle is generally six months. Maintenance when cleaning, please pay attention not to damage parts of the measurement cavity, especially impellers. Please guide and position of the impeller when it is assembled.
• Sensor when not in use, washing liquid, dried up and the two ends of the sensor with protective cover, preventing dust from entering, and store in a dry place. (This is important)
• Use of filters should be cleaned on a regular basis, when not in use should be cleaned within the liquid, as well as sensors, plus boot, placed in dry place.
• Transmission of the sensor cable to the aerial or buried (buried should be put on metal pipes.)
• Before installing the sensor, and display meter or oscilloscope connected lines, power source, blows or hand impeller, making it rotate fast there is no display, sensors should be installed when there is a show. If there is no display, you should review the relevant parts, troubleshooting.
