  • Introduction:
    • AST3002 can be installed into thermocouple or RTD junction box to integrated structure
    • Suitable for resistance temperature detectors (RTD), thermocouples (TC), resistance and voltage signal input to measure the temperature of solid surface, liquid and gas medium within -200 to 1800°C
    • Transmitter features wide measurement range and high accuracy with silicon-rubber, or epoxy resin sealing structure, so it has good performance of shock resistance, resistance to wet, and anti-interference, which is suitable for bad industrial environment
  • Applications:
    • Standards: RTD/TC
    • Ohms and mV signal
    • 2-, 3-, and 4-wire RTD input
    • Two wire, 4-20mA current output
  • Specifications:
    • Power supply:
      • Transmitter operates between 14 and 45V DC, by the distributor or regulated power supply, and the general work power is 24V DC
    • Electronic isolation:
      • Sensor signal input and output isolation (isolation voltage up to 2000V DC)
      • Resistance to industrial frequency interference, to ensure that the transmitter work reliably in bad industrial environment
    • Configuration:
      • HART device configurator, software support HART protocol
      • Cold-junction compensation
      • Built-in cold junction compensation, compensation accuracy ±0.5°C of span
    • Sensor input type:
      • RTD type Pt100/Pt500/Pt1000/Cu50/Cu100
      • TC type B/E/J/K/N/R/S/T
      • Resistance 0-400Ω/0-2000Ω
      • Voltage: -60 to +60mV/-120 to +120mV
      • Some non-standard thermocouples can be customized
  • Load characteristics:
    • Load characteristics: RL≤ (Vs-14V)/0.022
    • RL- maximum load resistance vs power supply
    • HART communication requires a loop resistance (including signal receiving resistance and signal transmission wire resistance), between 230 and 600 ohms
    • Operating temperature: -25 to 75°C
    • Electrical damping: 0.1-16s to choose
    • Output: 4-20mA (maximum 22mA and minimum 3.8mA)
    • Communication: HART or UART
