Elevator Links Elevator Links or weldless links are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System or Hooks. Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel, heat treated and and MPI tested. Additional material is added in critical wear areas for extended life. The design safety factor and design verification of the elevator links conform to requirements of API Spec 8A or API Spec 8C, any elevator links are proof load tested to 1.5 times the working load. Each elevator link of one pair is marked with Serial Number for traceability. Perfection Links SH perfection links are designed for light loads. Perfection links are made by forging, bending and electric welding of high-quality steel bar stock, which is then heat-treated and NDT examined. Rating loads of perfection links series are 50 ton, 65ton and 75ton. For perfection links rated 100 ton, contact manufacturer to order. All the technical data and properties of perfection links completely conform to the requirements of API Spec 8C.
