Co-extruded window sill extrusion machine is mainly used for industrial super-wide window sill or window sill equipment with two materials and colors. Co-extruded window sill extrusion machine adopts twin-screw extruder with outer rotating exhaust device for production of the product. After preheating and feeding, extruder makes materials uniformly plasticized to form a melt through the conveying, exhaust and melting process. The optional exhaust device exclusive to the outwardly-rotating twin screw extruder. Extruder Preheat after feeding through the delivery, exhaust, melting process, uniform plasticization of the material to form the melt, reach the nose further homogenized by head pressure, the synthetic one, compacted dense parison forming continuous flow state through a die.
