The co-extruded PP-R pipe characteristics: three-tier structure, PP-R granule as raw materials in inner / outer two layers, PP-R + glass fiber as raw materials in the middle, uniform thickness, no shunting marks, pressure higher, saving materials, small thermal expansion coefficient, etc. The whole production line is made of main extruder, markings extruder, composite head mold, two vacuum sizing tank, spay cooling water tank, ink jet printers, traction machine, cutting machine, stacker and electrical control system.
