The new-type co-extruded PP-R hot water pipe extrusion line adopts PLC control system, single-screw extruder and three-layer composite co-extruded mold, which can make pipes uniform thickness and high efficiency. Compared with ordinary pipe, PP-R reinforced fiberglass pipe has higher pressure ratings, lower expansion coefficient (about 20 to 30% of the ordinary PP-R product) and no sagging and bending in the same wall thickness. Therefore the finished pipe completely solves the problem of stretch.
