PE carbon spiral reinforcing pipe production line is equipped with the dedicated separator mixing screw and spiral structure die with reasonable runner and smooth inside and outside wall of pipes.
The specific design for sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-20mm, at a production speed of up to 0.6-1.5m/ min. All kind of polyolefin material, multi-layers spiral reinforcing pipes can be co-extruded for various uses, and 80% of recycle material can be used in production. Optimum spiral bronze sizing sleeve, with pre-cooling and powerful vacuum suction device in the entrance, is suitable for high speed extrusion of pipes. Specific design for spray cooling tank: the tank body is made of stainless steel. High efficient cooling comes from high efficient water pump and peculiar spraying nozzle; longitudinal move of the motor can realize three-dimensional regulation. Advanced co-extrusion technology and using the using the most of the recycling material can lower the cost. The carbon spiral pipe is mainly made of high density polythene and modified carbon, adopting new cable protection pipe produced by special extrusion and rotational molding technology. Being in the special shape of screw, it has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance, high insulation resistance, good flame retardant, light weight, long service life and uneasy deformation etc. The product has been widely used in ground covering project of city street lamp lines, laying and ground covering of electrified railway power and communication cables, construction and reconstruction of highway power and communication installations, cable ground covering projects of residential area construction and park and large entertainment places etc. It is the optimal ground covering cable protection pipe.
