The Illustration of the Working Principle

The materials vertically falls into the high speed ration impeller through the upper combination crusher, under the impact of high-speed centrifugal force and together with another part shunting in the umbrella form around the impeller, and thus producing impact and crushing. After the materials being collided with each other, they will be crushed by multi-colliding and friction between the impeller and casing in the form of material vortex, the materials will be straightly discharged through the bottom, forming a closed multiple cycles for the purpose of achieving the required finished size that controlled by the screening equipment.
