Circular vibrating screen

Usage and maintenance for using Vibrating screen

Before starting the vibrating screen, make sure there is nothing left on the screen surface, as it is strictly prohibited. When the machine is in normal operation, you can start to feed materials. Before the machine is stopped, you must stop feeding materials first. You should pay careful observation. If any fault appears, stop the machine immediately, and it can be started again only if the fault is removed.

Answer: According to the size of the screen mesh, materials will be separated into different particle size level, called screening. This is usual used for screening the thicker size materials. By particles in the medium (usually water) in the different settling velocity, the material may down into different levels, called grading. This is usual used to separate smaller particle size materials. Screening and grading are used to extract some appropriate size materials in the process of crushing, or the materials are selected into different levels of granularity.
