Use: biochemical studies. Protease inhibitors, is a water soluble, irreversible serine protease inhibitors that inhibit proteases such as: milk-clotting proteases of the pancreas (chymotrypsin), bradykinin release enzymes (kallikrein), fibrin dissolving enzyme (plasmin), PT (Thrombin), and trypsin (trypsin), somewhat similar to the inhibitor PMSF, nevertheless AEBSF is more stable at low PH conditions. Typical use concentrations are: 0.1-1.0 mM.
