Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and crushed separately; extraction on skins followed by 8 days of maceration; fermentation temperature about 28 ℃to 30 ℃.
Refining: 4 monthsin winery with controlled temperature ( 15-16℃) to improve the bouquet.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Deep Ruby red
Nose: rich very fruity, black cherries in alcohol.
Palate: full-bodied, elegant, challenging, pleasant with a long finish
Alcoholic content: 13.5%
Numbers of bottles produced: 10000 bottles from 750 ml.
Ideal Service Temperature: 17-18℃
Suggested type of glass: big glass with long stem
Accompaniments: elaborated red meat, stewed meat, and with seasoned cheeses
Storage method: horizontal position n a cool place at a constant temperature not exceeding 15 degree
