Nose: very dedicate scent which recalls citrus fruit and Mediterranean bush
Falvour: cmplex, good body and persistent
Alcoholic content: 12.5%
Numbers of bottles produced: 20000 bottles from 750 ml.
Ideal Service Temperature: 8-10 ℃
Suggested type of glass: wide and transparent, long stalk glass
Accompaniments: particularly indicated with seafood-based courses
Storage method: laying down / horizontal position n a cool place at a constant temperature not exceeding 15 ℃ and non excessive humid enviroment
Ageing potential: beyond 3 years if stored in appropriate cellars
