This charger is certified USB-C PD 45W (5/9/15/20V) for maximum compatibility. If your original charger is USB-C PD with matching voltage, it is most likely compatible (HP Spectre 13.3 2016 blocks non-HP chargers but removed restriction via BIOS update). For laptops with USB-C port but the original charger is not USB-C, they may or may not charge through USB-C port. See below
