1,How many kinds of concrete blocks and bricks that QTJ4-25C can make?

QTJ4-25C can make: hollow block,solid brick,porous block,paver brick,interlock brick,etc, by changing different mold.

2,What is the main materials to make the bricks, and how about the ratio of each material?

Normally used main materials are: Cement, sand,stone powder,fly ash,gravel,construction waste materiasl,etc.

Materials ratio samples: cement 10%+sand 30%+stone powder 60%.

Our engineer will adjust the materials ratio at site accoridng to the requirement.

3,What is the lead time after the order contracted and payment confirmed?

We always have the main machine in stock, only the customized produced mold need about two weeks to make. so we will ship

the machines and mold with 15 days.

4,What is the terms of payment?

We condcut with 30% down payment and balance against B/L.

5,When we buy your brick making machine,what kinds of after sales services will be provided?

Our engineer will issue the land layout drawing for our clients to make foundation for the installation of the machines before the shipping of the cargo. When the machine arrives, we will send our technicians to guide the installation upon client's request. And after the installation, our techician will do the testing and commissioning, and also training to workers of how to operate and maintain the machines and equipment of the brick production line.
