- Heating: keep heating to boiling, stop for 5 seconds, andrepeat
- Blending: blend for 6 seconds and then next step
- Heating: fitful heating to boiling, stop for 5 seconds,repeat
- Re-heat:
- Heat for 5 seconds, blending for 3 seconds, until thetemperature reach 60 to 70°
