Shenming have own mould design team and can mould-making in house.
There are 3 sets EDM machines, 3 wire cut machines , grinding machines, lathe , milling machines. These can make sure shenming to control mould quality.
2Aluminum die casting
Shenming Hardware Products Company have own 150-600Tons die casting machines to fulfill customer' s production demand
3Secondary process
Various in-house and contracted secondary processes including shot blast, vibratory de-burr, heat treating, sanding, ball burnishing, impregnation, rubberizing, polish, buffing, painting, anodizing, and plating.
4Assembly
There are two assembly lines for all die casting parts and products
