★ How to order/ Order Processing:
Step 1: you send the order sheet with the quantity breakdown and artworks to us.
Step 2: we do the pattern job.
Step 3: we print the fabric swatches with the arts or make the full sample for your approval before mass productions. We even will ship the fabric swatches or sample to you for your approval, especially for the first order or the big order.
Step 4: we will start doing the mass productions after we receive your deposit and approval. 'No deposit' will be acceptable for the smaller orders or team orders from the 2 from the 2^nd orders if you are keeping on doing the business with us.
Step 5: we will ship the orders out before we receive the balance.

Keep Smile Company is a professional custom cut&sewn full sublimation clothing manufacturing facility established in 2009, and located in Nanjing City of China (closer to Shanghai).hai).hai).
KS got the permit/license of the importer and exporter at the end of year 2009, and opened the manufacturing facilities in Taicang Town of Suzhou City in May, 2010 and in Jiangning Economic Technological Development Zone in the end year 2010. KS invested in the knitted fabric manufacturer located in Zhangjiagang City successfully in 2011.
KS head office is located in downtown Jiangning, Nanjing city, and running sales team, designer team there.
KS U.S. company was permitted in 2013 and running business and warehouse in 2015. So the KS U.S. office is servicing customers in time and our US customers are all happy with us.

★ Warm Tips About 'Sublimation' :ion" :uot; :
1). What is the sublimation transfer printing:
Heat sublimation transfer printing is using sublimation ink, sublimation printer to print image such as portrait, landscape, text etc by reversal way on the sublimation transfer paper, and then heated to a temperature of about 200 ºCordm;Cordm;C with heat transfer equipment, sublimation ink which is on paper will be in the form of gasification into substrates, so as to put the paper on the vivid images to transfer to textiles, porcelain, porcelain plate, metal material of a new technology.
2). Printers used:
Normal inkjet printers and sublimation inkjet printers.
Wide inkjet printers: Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, Epson, MS JP4
3). Special sublimation ink:
Must use sublimation ink, this kind of ink made of disperse dye inks, it will produce sublimation and substrates with dyeing after high temperature, good quality ink is no plug nozzle, the sublimation ink color is vivid, good stability.
4). Adjust the appropriate concentration of color:
Adjust the concentration of the color in the computer, avoid the ink is too dry, need to check the effect of transfer after adjustment.
5). Adjust appropriate heat pressing temperature and time:
Heat transfer in the temperature range of about 165-220 ºCordm;Cordm;C , time of about 20 to 35 seconds, you should try small sample printing before the formal mass transfer.
