1. Silkscreen Printing
This printing method is available for nearly all of our products which is also the most popular and wild ly used printing method, Not suitable for complex logos with a graduated tint or more than 4 different colors.
2. Laser and Engraving printing
This method is available on the material of metal, wood, bamboo, silicone and even plastic now
3. Embossing Printing
This method is available on leather material which seems more elegant.
4. Full color printing
This method is often used when there are gradual colors in the logo
5. Hot Stamp
This method is mostly used on paper gift box or leather case with logo effect of golden and silver color.
QC INTRODUCTION:
Our QC department is composed of 3 QC engineers and 12 QC assistants, with the expanding of our output, more QC staffs are needed. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clie nts demands.
TESTING DETAILS:
Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.
IPQC checks on theusb flash drive credit cardand manufacturing procedures are conducted. Results are recorded for future study.
FQC on the final product, referring to CSP standards. Final testing is also conducted.
QA on all items to be shipped, referring to AQL. All procedures are up to ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
