Pneumatic ball valve switch consist of high accuracy pneumatic actuator and precision casting ball valve. Pneumatic ball valve can realize on-off when matched with moving limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4 0.7 MPa gas source. And output two passive contact signal to control valve on or off. Pneumatic type O shape ball valve is particularly suitable for medium which is viscous, containing particles and fiber properties. Pneumatic switch ball valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high pressure equipment, pharmaceutical, paper and other industrial automatic control system, as long-distance centralized control or local control system.
Technical characteristics
Multifunction position indicator, local showing, conform to standard VID/VIE3845, NAMUR, can install and output all the accessories like limit switch box, electric positioner, location transducer.
Air source port conform to NAMUR standard, and install NAMUR standard solenoid valve directly.
Composite bearing, piston leading ring and Output shaft bearing at Gear back side is rubbing protection of metal to metal, long service life.
All fixing material is stainless steel, anticorrosive.
