Electric V-type cutting ball valve is metal-disced, or metal and PTFE seal rotary ball valve. It combines the best control capacity of ball valve and butterfly valve, which can be used as cut-off valve.
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, automatic control system.
Characteristics
(1) It has an integrated valve body without a joint free from stress from pipeline and bolt. So pressure resistant casing is free from pressure fluctuation.
(2) It has a V type body, so it will ensure accuracy in its range, even with small flow or high viscosity mediums.
(3) The outlining of seat is a PTFE cup shape with steel inner core or an O-ring, seat is made of a large section area of stellite, and seat structure is further enforced with a alloy bellows spring.
(4) When valve is closed, V type notch and seat will generate a shearing effect which can clean itself and prevents disc stuck. It is especially suitable for pipelines of scaling and freezing or containing fibers and particles.

signal and voltage signal, and can control operation, adopt the RC, 381 r, PSQ or HQ type electronic quarter-turn
actuators, with built-in position servo operation and opening position feedback signal, instructions, manual
operations, and other functions, the structure of the electromechanical integration design, powerful function, reliable performance, simple wiring and control precision, small volume, light weight, small flow resistance, flow coefficient,
simple structure, good sealing performance.
2. Angular travel electronic type electric actuators is V type valve drive device, it was powered to supply voltage, accept
unified standard signal (4-10 ma, 20 ma, 0 or 1-5 VDC) and turn it into and the displacement of the input signals
corresponding to the change of valve core rotation Angle (0-90 DHS arbitrary Angle), so some input signal
corresponding to a certain Angle, realize the proportional action. Accept AC220V or AC380V two switch type power,
through the motor and reversing switch action, and at the same time the output signal valve position indicator.
3. Have excellent control characteristics: v-type valve has an approximate percentage of inherent flow characteristics
and up to 300:1 adjustable ratio. So V valves can be supplied within wide amplitude changes of precise control.
Application:
It is used in mediums of high viscosity, suspension liquid, pulp which are not clean or that contains fiber. It adopts direct connection with an actuator and is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, small in resistance, stable in action and so on.
