In 2002, Meile Group Ltd. invested Shenzhen MLF Tech. Co. Ltd to deal with the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of LED lights, power supplies and solar power supplies.
In March 2010, Dongguan MLF Tech. Co. Ltd. was established and started mass production due to the need for the development of the group. With the group's thousands of people concerted efforts and hard work, MLF has achieved a capacity of 60,000 pieces per day and annual sales of more than $30 million.
Adhering to ISO, ERP, PDM and CRM Systems
Our product quality adheres to the 'high standard, high precision and zero defect' concept to meet customers' requirements. We implement the TQM system to ensure product quality in each process is effectively monitored and up to the quality standards. We also have a comprehensive quality assurance system and operate in strict accordance with ISO 9000 regulations and ERP, PDM and CRM systems. Moreover, we have gathered three senior QE engineers and two senior electrical engineers, who all graduated from professional electronics universities, to help us in our operations.
Committed to Improving Quality and Process Accuracy Always
Carrying on Six Sigma and establishing projects to improve quality and reduce costs, we have completed six projects successfully, saved $6 million and supported customers to complete three projects. In the process control, our QE engineers fully join in the inspection work, make 'GO/NO GO' test fixture substitute judge, and improve the process control accuracy. They also establish and lead the Quality Control Circle (QCC). Our workshop director, line leader and PE and IE engineers take part in collecting and analyzing QC reports to make effective revision measures to improve the quality and process accuracy daily, weekly and monthly.
Our R&D team is composed of 18 professionals and led by five senior engineers with more than 15 years of industry experience. Our group also established a professional laboratory with the most advanced testing equipment internationally.
