Production Equipment from the US, the UK and Japan
Using high-quality equipment means delivering high-quality products. We fill your orders using an automatic printer from Dek, high-speed chip component placement machines from Panasonic and lead-free hot-air reflow ovens from Vitronics. We source parts from Sony and Samsung, as well as use Yamaha SMT insertion lines and equipment from Agilent and IFR. Our 10,000-square-meter factory is an ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified by CQC. Equipped with 14 automatic production lines, we turn out 700,000 tuners and 200,000 modules with the help of 500 workers every month. 65 percent of our output is exported.
